Q: My iPod Classic is not syncing. error message says file could not be found
I have never had a problem syncing my iPod classic. Yesterday I purchased a song at the iTunes Store, and afterwards, when I synced my iPod it removed my entire content except the song I just purchased. Error message says cannot be synced because file not found. what should I do?

First, quit iTunes and relaunch it. Then sync your iPod again?
If the problem recurs, try signing out in iTunes, so that you are no longer signed in with your Apple ID. Does your iTunes music library still show all of your songs?
