Q: Lost all my playlists today, what's going on?!
I use Apple Music (AM) everyday on my commute to and from work, an hour each way. On the way home when I was driving home I opened up AM on my iPhone 6 Plus and all my playlists were gone. I was also logged out, so I figured "no problem they'll be back after I log in" only to find that they were still gone after I logged back in. The only songs that show up are the ones that I purchased from iTunes and one album that I ripped from a CD to iTunes. Another CD that I ripped disappeared also. On iTunes on my MBA and PC everything looks fine. All the playlists, etc., are all there. Restarting my 6+ did nothing. Logging out and logging back in also did nothing.
I don't think there was even an update of AM and I didn't do anything notable on my phone. Anyone have any idea what happened and how I can get the playlists back? I have spent countless hours building the playlists and cannot imagine doing it again. It's very disappointing given that I never had this issue the years I used Spotify before switching to AM over a year ago (when it first came out).
