Q: SAFARI Freezes after installing EL CAPITAN
I installed EL CAPITAN about a month ago. Since then, my MAC(21.5", LATE 2009) freezes randomly when I run SAFARI. I don't weem to have the problem with any other app, but, I don't use other apps as much as I do SAFARI. How do I get rid of this issue? Can I re-install EL CAPITAN, or will I have to go back to YOSIMITE? This is driving me up the wall. Please Help!!
iMac, iOS 7.1.1

See here: If Safari is slow, stops responding, quits unexpectedly, or has other issues - Apple Support
You can reinstall El Capitan if you feel it is necessary, but I would first try opening Safari in another user account.
It could be a user specific issue. If Safari has the same issue in multiple users, then you may need to reinstall.
To make a new Admin user (which you can delete later), go to:
System Preferences > Users and Groups > Unlock the lock > Click > Set account type to "Administrator," then create a new account.
I usually name my test account Test and make the password "apple," Just so I can remember it easily. Open Safari here and see what happens. If it still freezes, try a Safe Boot.
