Q: App Store does not respond
I have 3 updates waiting to be installed in the mac App Store, but I cannot connect to it. The system cannot connect to the Mac App store and the window stays empty. There are no time out or error message, just the small rolling wheel for ever. Rebooting the system did not helped.
MacBook, OS X El Capitan (10.11.4)

The change of time zone server and the delete of the cache certificates solved the problem.
