most people here will agree there is no need for these
also check you have enough RAM 4GB is minimum really.
and check for updates to third party apps you have installed.

Back up all data before making any changes. Never install any "anti-virus" or "anti-malware" product again.

The only way to find out whether it is causing the problem is to get rid of it. Once you've done that, there will be no reason to reinstall it, since it's completely useless.

(I hope it's true because quitting Kapersky solved my slownes probems completely ...)
