Q: How do i get icloud drive to stop upgrading? It's been this way since first upgrade,wich was ios 8.I now have latest version 9.3.1,and icloud drive still shows upgrading.Its been almost 3 months.Can anyone please help?

icloud driving saying upgrading for alomost 3 months now on my iPhone 4s.Is there a solution to fixing this?

    Try signing out of iCloud, doing a forced restart, and then signing back into iCloud.

    Forced Restart: Hold down the Home and Wake/Sleep buttons at the same time for about 15-20 seconds until the Apple logo appears.

    Since the icloud drive is stuck on upgrading.If I signout out of I cloud will all my stuff be lost or erased if I sign out of icloud?

    I don't use iCloud Drive but my understanding is that your iCloud data already in iCloud will stay there and will sync back to your device when you sign back in with the exception of any photostream photos older than 30 days. Deleting the account on your phone only removes it from the phone, not from iCloud. You could go to iCloud.com and see if you can locate the data there. If so that should remain. As I understand it, any data on your phone that has yet to upload to iCloud will not be preserved.
