May 17, 2016 8:49 PM in response to Divya Jaggaby zbombz,I have the same issue. There is a horrible bug in iTunes. It persists in 12.4. I cannot use iTunes for weeks now. It crashes EVERY TIME. iTunes has stopped working. EVERY TIME.
There is no fix until Apple diagnoses and releases a fix. 12.4 did not help. I'm incredibly frustrated.
