Q: Two factor for authentification : my country not listed (bangladesh)

I want to validate the two factors authentification but my country is not listed when I have to provide a phone number to receive the validation code; Any idea ?

iMac (27-inch Mid 2011), OS X El Capitan (10.11.4)

Bangladesh (see subject line). Since that country is not on the list, two factor authentication will simply not work.
