Q: Back up code

My Apple ID is linked to an email that was hacked. I can't remember the password to that Apple ID. I can't get the code from the hacked email. I dont remember the back up code and I have so many failed attempts. I can't log out of that Apple ID because I can't remember the password. HELP.
