Q: Why can't I download apps

I tried downloading a game and it's telling me that I need to verify my payment account but I haven't bought anything this month but this already happened to me because I have bought a game and my credit card didn't have enough money so i had to verify it and I verified it but now it's saying that I need to verify it

iPod touch, iOS 9.3.1

See if you can set the payment Method to None.
If you can't
that typically means you have a negative balance (you owe money) and yo can't make any purchases, even "free" (get) until you resole the negative balance
Why can’t I select None when I edit my Apple ID payment information?
