Q: What's up with iOS 9.3.1

Ever since i got the iOS 9.3.1 Every thing went weird. About a week later I was on my ipod and i was texting my friend and i couldn't remember how to spell a word and it wasn't coming up so i went to go voice text it and it would not let me so i tried siri and siri didn't work either so i went to my setting to see if it was shut off and it wasn't but about another week went by and then it worked. my mom forgot to pay the internet bill about a week ago and my phone computer and my moms phone all connect to my neighbors internet but my ipod. why is that. i usually only use my ipod and computer too because my stupid android ***** but can someone please tell me whats going on?

    Try:

    - Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost      

    Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at

    least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

    - Reset all settings                            

    Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.

    All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

    - Restore from backup. See:                                               

    Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup - Apple Support

      - Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
