Jan 31, 2016 9:32 AM in response to fmhancby fmhanc,My firmware updates automatically (I think)
Try going to your iPhone Settings menu - main page
Find you Trulink app settings
make sure your cellular button is On

Jan 31, 2016 9:36 AM in response to fmhancby dogsitter,That would be your SOFTware (Trulink) that updates automatically. Your firmware is in the aids themselves. The Audi has to do that for you.

Jan 31, 2016 12:40 PM in response to dogsitterby NyKeD..,Wow guys, you react so fast ! Thanks for your answer !
So yes, dogsitter, I did everything you noticed, and still same problem (because of my old firmware i think, which is 3.0.0.64)
In fact fmhanc, my cellular button was OFF !
So I turned it ON, and i'm waiting that my Trulink update this firmware himself !
I'll write here when my firmware will be updated in 3.1.0.12, don't know how to force it, so i'll wait and give feedback if it resolve it !
Thanks so much both of you

It sounds like ONE AID isn't dropping the previous connection.
Me too I thought it was that !
But even if I turn OFF bluetooth, then turn OFF my iPhone completly it change nothing...
Look at what I did:
*both halo are paired on my iPhone and work well*
1/ turn OFF bluetooth on iPhone
2/ turn OFF iPhone completly
2.5/ Even if I turn my aids off, then back on here, it change nothing to the final result
3/ pairing with iPad
*both halo work well on my iPad*
4/ turn OFF bluetooth on my iPad
5/ turn OFF my iPad completly
6/ connect to my iPhone
*only my right halo appears on iPhone settings, and this only one work*
7/ turn OFF bluetooth and turn OFF iPhone
8/ connect to my iPad
*both Halo are working on iPad*
I know, its weird... at the moment when I do "pairing" on an iDevice, the second iDevice gonna not work well.
It looks like that one of my aids isn't able to recognize more than ONE device.
Thats why I think its related to my old firmware

Jan 31, 2016 2:03 PM in response to NyKeD..by dogsitter,Then it sounds like your issue is with the hearing aids themselves. Time to bring in the professionals. Go to: http://www.starkey.fr/ and you will get an agent in France. MAKE SURE to TELL THEM that your Audi doesn't know how to upgrade the firmware. They should either instruct that Audi or send you to another one local to you.
The very best of luck to you!

Jan 31, 2016 7:48 PM in response to NyKeD..by Just4Fun00,Hi All,
Sounds like the problems with these HAs continue for many or us. My history of issues with the Halos has left me disenchanted. In light of these issues, I found this article interesting: http://9to5mac.com/2016/01/30/apple-fcc-mfi-hearing-aid/

Feb 1, 2016 3:45 PM in response to Just4Fun00by raserror645,Hello,
The current firmware for the US version of Starky Halo is 3.1.0.12. I mentioned US version because other country or region might be different. Visit the Starky website from your country or region, select contact us then give them a call. A tech support person should be able to tell you the current version of the firmware for that country or region.
The steps provided above is the correct way to find out what version of the firmware is installed on your Halos. You can update the Trulink app on your IOS device BUT you will not be able to update the firmware on your Halos. Only your audiologist will be able to do that.
I suspect either your audiologist is running an older software version of the Starky programmer on his/her computer or there is no update available in your region. When the audi connects to your Halos, the software will alert him/her if an update is available.
I’ve read all the stuff you’ve already done but try this. Turn off the Hand off feature. Then turn off Bluetooth on one device before turning Bluetooth on the other device.
If that still doesn’t work, and you have the current firmware on your Halos and IOS 9.2.1, You have either a rogue program or your IOS is faulty. Back up your phone and ipad. Do a factory restore on both. Set up both as new devices and do not install any apps. Set up each device with wifi, turn off hand off and pair your Halos. Turn off Bluetooth on that device then setup the other device. The same way. Now test them. Turn Bluetooth off on one device before turning Bluetooth on the other device. Is it working?
HTH and good luck.

Feb 5, 2016 7:42 AM in response to raserror645by jeffromcim,Hello,
I have recently purchased halo hearing aids, my 5S, OS 9.2.1, rings through them just fine, but I can't hear text or email alerts, the play ringtones button is on and the audio routing in set on auto, any suggestions?
-
Feb 5, 2016 7:45 AM in response to jeffromcimby dogsitter,You are correct. You won't hear text or e-mail alerts. Hopefully, APPLE WILL NOTE THIS AND ALLOW THE ALERTS to be sent to the hearing aids. I capitalized that in hopes that someone there is paying attention.

Mar 4, 2016 6:39 AM in response to jeffromcimby NyKeD..,Hello guys !
So i saw my audioprothesist today, and i explained her how to make them uptodate ! And finally I am in FW 3.1.0.12 (so it's the same Firmware between US and France, i was still on 3.0.0.64....)
With this new firmware update, I discovered a new design of my TruLink app and news features like Confort Boost and StreamBoost !
So it's resolved
Thanks you all !

Mar 7, 2016 2:33 PM in response to dogsitterby LanB22,Hi everyone - I need some help - I have the updated TruLink app - lost all of my self set geo-tagged settings, my aids no longer automatically switch to car mode but most frustrating is I can't find the low-mic setting. I can mute the mic, but I used to have an option when I was streaming a call the mic's went to "low mic" which allowed me to hear myself, but not as much of the ambient noise. I have custom molds with behind the ear Halos. My loss is profound, my speech recognition below 40%. The phone is such a challenge, now without the low mic setting it's almost impossible.
I notice that there are settings when you open memory - for each program. and that you can assign locatons,
I see the automatic memories >phone/audi/car but have no idea how to use them.
It appears these might let me alter the audi-programmed settings as well as any I create myself.
Any suggestions to navigating the updated app would be appreciated.
I know that my firmware is not updated. I went to Starkey in Minnesota to get my aids, I live in Kansas City, I emailed customer support but have not gotten a response as to how I can get the firmware updated short of sending my aids to them, which is difficult, without my aids I am almost completely deaf.
