Q: My wifi will not stay connected to my 6s, know how to "fix" it?

I just got this phone not too long ago and for some reason it WILL NOT stay connected to our wifi at home. My ipod never had a problem with it, and my old iphone didn't it's just this one for some reason. Plus, it's honestly about every few minutes that it goes off and I have to go back in and turn it on, it's pretty annoying plus it was costing me extra because it was using up my data. Yay. If anyone has any ideas, let me know? Thanks
