Q: iTunes crashes every time it connects to the internet
Hi, I recently downloaded the newest version of iTunes directly from the Apple website. I installed it properly on my Windows 10 laptop.
However, every time I connect to the internet on iTunes, either to go to the iTunes store or to download my music content from the cloud, iTunes stops working and then crashes.
I receive an error message along the lines of "iTunes has stopped working, Windows is checking for a solution to the problem," then "Windows could not find a solution" and then iTunes crashes.
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, my drivers are up to date, I've done a clean reboot, but nothing seems to fix the problem.
Is there anything else I should try?
