Q: Can I get refunded if my 4 year old brother bought multiple apps without me knowing? The purchase was over $100.00

My brother asked to use my phone. I had no idea be bought a few apps until i saw my bank account.

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.3.1

You can set up restrictions to avoid this happening in the future.

Use Restrictions on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

But unfortunately, you are responsible for the current charges.
