Apr 26, 2016 11:55 AMby Meg St._Clair,If the name is different, it's a different email address. There's no way around that. As far as email protocols are concerned "marysmith@abc.com" and "maryjones@abc.com" are just as different as "rutabaga@abc.com" is from "turnip@abc.com".
It's quite common for people to simply keep an original name on email address even if they change their name for some reason. Your email address doesn't have to match your name.
