Q: el capitan and quicktime

I'm just trying to drop from qt to my desktop.

no, it just doesn't allow me to drag and drop specific clips anymore. I can't separate clips at all from qt to anywhere else.

I am trying to drag specific video clips from Quicktime to anywhere else. There is no error message at all, no icons. I can play it but that's it. I used to be able to get rid of clips I didn't need or drag and drop them to an external hard drive for later use and now I cannot do any of that since this update.

I can take the whole folder of all the clips where i need it but not specific single clips.
