You still have CMM3 files installed, i.e.     [loaded]    com.macpaw.CleanMyMac3.Agent.plist (2016-02-29) [Support]

What do you find when you run Find Any File with "name contains cleanmymac3"?  Take a screenshot of the results window in this mode:

If you use the mode that I had in my screenshot you could drag each file to a folder on the Destkop from the search results  window.  You have a lot of CMM3 files to remove.

Or if your FAF search window looks like this:

    Find Any File001.jpg

you can select all of the file in it and either drag them to the Trash bin in the dock or use the key combination of Command + Delete to move them to the Trash bin.

You've put too much in the search window.  Enter only "cleanmymac".  Find Any File001.jpg

The file you found is in the Trash.

Don't see any of the obvious culprits in the report.  Log into another user account on your Mac and see if iDVD will launch and run.  This will tell us if the problem is system wide or limited to your account.

    Hi OT,

I created another user account, everything is the same IDVD and the other apps will not open, and i get the same pop-up from developer tools.

I have run <find any file> for developer tools and i have some folders and files in my hard drive....Does  Apple use developer tools??   Where  do they come from?

The developer tools are from the Xcode that is obtainable from the App Store.  At this stage I'd boot into Boot into Safe Mode, Mac OS X: Starting up in Safe Mode, and try running iDVD from there.  Safe Mode disables all 3rd party and unnecessary system components.  If there's some component that is causing this iDVD should launch and run.

Try the Terminal command that was posted in this blog site by kenstar:   http://stackoverflow.com/questions/9132826/stop-developer-tools-access-needs-to- take-control-of-another-process-for-debu…

Be sure you have a current backup before trying it.
