Q: Where do I go to reduce my current storage and review what I currently have?

I cannot backup my current IPHONE contact list since my iPhone keeps getting a message, "Your ICloud does not have enough storage.

 

Where do I go to review my current storage, clean it up and then see if I need extra storage?

    settings - general - storage and icloud usage - icloud - manage storage.

    Settings > General > Storage & iCloud Usage > iCloud > Manage Storage.
