Q: where to buy QuickTime pro Key?

I want to upgrade my Quicktime player so I can edit. But I can't find anywhere to actually buy the key and how much it is. Every time I search it brings me to this page: About QuickTime 7 Pro registration keys - Apple Support.

It says I will be emailed the keys after purchasing in the online store. But I can't find it in the store. What am I doing wrong? I am on a PC (sorry, it's for work).

A few weeks ago there was this big thing about serious security risks with Quicktime on PCs and they recommend uninstalling it. I doubt you can still buy QT Pro.

Quicktime 7 for Windows has been discontinued by Apple . As such Quicktime 7 Pro Keys are no longer available for purchase.

If you don't have a Pro Key, there is no way to get one now from Apple.

For Mac, Quicktime X is available, and has similar features to the Pro version of Quicktime 7.
