Q: Uconnect

Ok here's a new one.  My ipod connected just fine and I was listening in my jeep. Turned off jeep to gad up and now ipod touch 5 won't connect again.  It says it's paired and connected but won't read it. I don't get it.  All I did was turn off my jeep.  Why won't it read it?  I turnedoff uconnect and started all over. Nothing. Thanks.

iPod touch, iOS 6.1.3

    Try:

    - Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at

least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

    - Rese the car system

.- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings

    - Reset all settings

Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.

All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

    - Restore from backup. See:

    iOS: How to back up

    - Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
