Q: I sent an ipod 5th gen to my cousin in Europe (Im in the US) and she got the Activate Ipod she typed in the correct Apple ID and password it asked for. (I double checked) then it says the activation server can not be reached. It will not go past that...

I sent an iPod 5th gen to my cousin in Europe (I'm in the US) and she gets the Activate IPod message whenever she clicks the home button. She typed in the correct Apple ID and password it asked for. (I double checked, I told her the correct password even checked apple) then it says it may take a few minutes to activate your iPod touch, then it says the activation server can not be reached, go to iTunes or contact the previous owner etc. I tried everything but it will not let her activate the iPod. It keeps saying it can not reach the activation server. Thank you for any help!

    Hey. It seems like the Device is not connected to a Stable internet connection. Or it may be the Issue of Apple ID. As a US Address and Credit card will prevent you to purchase Apps in the Europe so I think a new Apple ID must be made for the cousin in Europe.
