Q: Can I use OSX snow leopard on my PowerPC G4?

I have a PowerMac and a Power PC G4 and am wondering if I can put Snow Leopard on it?

PowerMac, iOS 9.3.1

Mac OS 10.5 requires a minimum processor speed of 867mHz. Some G4 PowerMacs are not that fast.
