Q: iMessage will randomly not work when texting an iPhone user. I have a good amount of bars, and full wifi. How do I solve this?

Sometimes randomly I'll be texting my friend who uses iMessage and it will suddenly not send as an iMessage and will send as a regular message. It's only a problem because he doesn't have service every new month, and his only way to communicate is through iMessage. Please help me solve this problem!
