Q: EI Capitan - Wifi issue

I am using EI Capitan v10.11.3. In the setting wifi shows connected but actually it was not connected.

Please guide me to proceed further?

Mac Pro, OS X El Capitan (10.11.3)

Internet connection does not work with an IP address space of 169.254.xxx.xxx from ISP, router, or manual configuration
