Q: Can a Smart Keyboard be used with different iPad Pro tablets?

I purchased an iPad Pro 9.7 for myself and want to upgrade my wife's iPad Air to a 9.7 Pro as well. I have a Smart Keyboard for mine. If I use it on mine, can she also use it when needed?

The smart keyboard is designed to be used with the iPad Pro, but not any other model iPad. I'm not sure why you think it might only work with yours.

Thanks for the fest answer. Other bluetooth devices when paired will only connect to one device at a time, so my concern was that if I connected the Smart Keyboard to my iPad Pro it could not then also be used with a second iPad Pro,

1. The Smart Keyboard is not a Bluetooth device. It connects directly to the IPP through its Smart Connector

2. Bluetooth keyboards can connect with multiple devices, not at the same time.
