Q: i am locked out of my I Pad it has a securty lock on it that asks me for mi icloud password and id. I have tried using my apple id and it does not work how do i eaither find it or reset it
I am locked out of my I pad for security reasons.I lost my i pad for almost a year and just found it .I cannot remember my icloud password or id I know my apple id and password but it doesnot work on my i pad please help.

In many instances the Apple ID is the same as the iCloud ID - if yours is not working then -
1, When you try to sign into the iPad it should show you the first letter of the email and the domain name like m**********@disney.com - hopefully that can jog your memory
