Q: Netflix on Apple TV - PROBLEM

Working fine on my system. Have you tried force quitting? Reinstalling the app?

If it's ATV 2, you may need to restart ATV, to clear out memory. See How to restart your Apple TV - Apple Support

It may be that your software is corrupted. You could try restoring it, see Restore your Apple TV to its factory settings - Apple Support

Pick Restore, not Reset when given the choice. It will take a while to download the full software, and you'll need to re-enter your configuration. This is the equivalent of deleting and installing the app.

Otherwise, you could check with Netflix. They might have made a change that obsoletes your ATV.

As suggested, you may want to contact Netflix, you can also try taking the unit to Apple for testing.

As simple as your suggestion is, it worked for me! Netflix has been bogged down and unusable for months on my Apple TV2, and has been a source of much frustration in the house. I reset per your suggestion, and we're back in business! Thanks so much!
