Q: Macbook Pro Retina June 2015 Fan Noise

Hi, I've been having an issue with my June 2015 13 inch Macbook Pro Retina. Just recently, an extremely loud noise started coming from the right side, from what I think is the fan. It isn't just a loud fan, because I've experienced that before. It is not just loud whirring. It sounds almost as if something is getting in the way of it. It is very, very loud, and is an almost clicking noise. (I'm trying my best to explain it.) I got an app that monitors things like this to see what was going on, and what I found was this: My computer remains at about 40-50 degrees Celsius. My fan, for the brief period of time that the noise is not happening after I turn it on after shutting down, is at 0 rpm. Then, suddenly, the noise will start, and I see that my fan has jumped to around 1200-1300 rpm. My temperature remains the same. I know that that's not a very high rpm because I believe it can go up to around 6000 rpm. It's impossible to use my computer with this noise, because it is so loud, and trying to deal with it is extremely frustrating. I use it on a daily basis for important things, so any information or help would be greatly appreciated.

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)
