May 1, 2016 4:35 PM in response to ejm2626by Lawrence Finch,This is a feature of corporate phones. Apparently it has recently started happening on non-corporate phones. It's a bug, but it's harmless. You can just go to Settings/Touch ID & Passcode and "change" the passcode to the same passcode.

Certainly did no hurt to change it again and also to reset Safari. It may be overkill but these days one can never be too careful.
