Q: System storage is full even though there are no files on the computer

When I go to 'About this Mac' it says that the other memory is 73 Gb. I have used Ccleaner and cleared all caches to see if this would solve the problem. I have tried to look at what this memory could be taken up by but there is very few files on the computer. Can files be hidden somewhere that I cant find?

Thanks in advance for any help!
