Q: I tunes does not launch on laptop

A couple of days ago, my I-Tunes asked to update, which I did.  Now when I am trying to launch I tunes on the laptop (from Windows 10 Apps listed on laptop), it now tells me that "The Item referred to by this shortcut cannot be addressed. You may not have the appropriate permissions."  It says it is trying to launch Explorer.EXE.

I had always previously launched on this laptop from a desktop Icon.  It gave me the same error message.

Where does the actual I-Tunes program reside so I can re-launch and create a new icon?
