May 4, 2016 1:06 AM in response to mnrqzby Lexiepex,Indeed, you need to free up space asap. In a SSD I propose to have at least 20GB free, so that the GarbageCollection works best.
Open iTunes, select your movies. You can delete them in iTunes: it will ask you to delete from the library or also from the computer. They will also deleted then from the playlist.
If you want to remove them in Finder:
open iTunes->Preferences->Advanced: see where the media folders are and then go them in Finder.
But of course when you have an external disk, you can move the whole Media Library there (with Finder): open iTunes while holding the Alt(option) key: it will ask you for the Library, then point iTunes to the Library on the external. iTunes will remember that for next times.

May 4, 2016 6:14 AM in response to mnrqzby JimmyCMPIT,do you have another account on the Mac? Is it possible the movies are in that accounts folder
If you have other accounts you can highlight and get info on them and it will calculate the size of the folders if you are locked out of them.
