Q: iTunes Not Recognizing Devices

Ever since I upgraded my computer to Windows 10, iTunes will not recognize my iPhone or iPod.  I've uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes twice, did a factory reset on my phone, and still nothing will work.  It doesn't appear like there are drivers for the devices, but I'm not a computer expert, so that is just a guess.  I've gone through the trouble-shooting outlined on the website, and that hasn't worked either.

 

Any advice on how to proceed?
