Apr 8, 2015 1:34 PM in response to spiritrideby kirwintgp,I had the same problem with a Logitech bluetooth keyboard K811, was able to resolve the problem by flipping the keyboard over and on the back there is a little hole protecting a 'Connect' button. When I clicked the 'Connect' button the keyboard showed up in the Bluetooth systems preferences window.

Aug 26, 2015 11:56 AM in response to Crackerjackscribeappleby mshepardson,I too had the same issue after updating with Yosemite. Paired keyboards to iPhone, unpaired keyboards and they jumped right on my Mac when trying again. Really irritating to have such a hassle just because i upgraded to Yosemite!!

Nov 3, 2015 2:49 PM in response to Crackerjackscribeappleby breslinca,Thank you. Very good advice. I removed my keyboard from its bluetooth link to my new mac and did the same on my old macbook. Then paired with the new one. Once paired with the new one, the old mac could not located the keyboard to connect with it. Seems like Yosemite is a jealous operator.

May 6, 2016 8:36 PM in response to spiritrideby chrislanning,I solved my problem.
My keyboard was found but would not pair. It was quite frustrating. Resetting did not work.
What I discovered and solution:
During a software update on my mac mini, my bluetooth devices redirected to my iPad, and macbook. So I simply turned off bluetooth on my iPad and macbook and then my bluetooth keyboard could connect to my mac mini again. For further reference, I decided to delete (ignore) the bluetooth devices from my iPad since I hadn't connected in a while.
