May 8, 2016 12:07 PM in response to baswolfsby Tesserax,At this point I would recommend that you perform a "factory default" reset on the you AirPort Extreme base station. After the reset, the Extreme will be in its "out-of-the-box" configuration and will broadcast an unsecured Wi-Fi network with a network name of something like: Apple Network NNNNNN. You can then use the AirPort Utility to configure it for your networking requirements.
If this still fails to resolve the problem, you may have a defective unit. If the product is less than 1 year old, Apple will replace the device for you.....or.....if you have AppleCare in effect on a qualified product, the AirPort Extreme will be covered for up to 3 years from its purchase date.
