Q: I just replugged in my AppleTV and ow it is stuck on the screen with computers and settings. How do I get to all of my apps so I can watch something?

    That will happen when it's lost connection to the network.

     

    Make sure DNS is set to auto (settings - general - network)

    If on wifi try Ethernet

    Make ke sure router has port 123 open (refer to manual if unsure)

    Test on another network

    I have the internet working, but after I connect it doesn't take me to the home page or anything/

    It may be working on other devices, but the Apple TV isn't properly connected to your network. The 2nd and 3rd gen ATV don't store apps, they are fed via server, and when it loses connection you will only see the computers and settings icons. Please follow the above suggestions.
