Q: iPhone6s Bluetooth issues
Hi. My wife and I both have iPhone 6S's. (iOS 9.3.1) We cant get the phones to pair via Bluetooth. They pair with all the other Bluetooth devices in the house as well as the car radio. Please advise. I have tried rebooting and all the general tips shown on the internet.

What are you trying to do? Pairing the phones via Bluetooth is not supported.
If you wish to transfer data from phone to phone, use Airdrop.
