Q: itunes

I have windows 10 and newest version of I tunes. I tunes will only start when I first start my computer. If I close it, it will not reopen. I have to restart my computer to start I tunes. When I click on the I tunes icon it highlights and the circle spins but that is all. anyone have any ideas?

Hi there Toni,

It sounds like you are able to start iTunes when you first turn on your computer but then when you close it and go to open it later, it does not launch. I would use the information in the following article to help you troubleshoot that since it seems to be about that very sort of issue:
