Q: How I make El capitan the starting version instead of windows each time I restaring the pc?

Yes, I download windows 10 and installed thru Bootcamp but now every time I restart the PC it take me directly to windows , how I do setup starting on ox every time ?

iPhone 5, iOS 7

Do as Niel said. In OSX go to system preferences and select OSX as the startup disk. Whenever you restart the computer will start with OSX. If you want to boot into Windows then when booting press and hold the option key. When the boot manager appears select Windows to boot into.

Restart with the Option key held down, click on the Mac OS X system, and then select it in the Startup Disk pane of System Preferences.

Thanks Niel , I know that , but tha's exactly what I don't want , I wan to restart the pc and go like always go directly to ox not windows and I choos window them when i like .

The method suggested by BobTheFisherman will indeed work as you have probably found by now. However if you install Apple's Boot Camp drivers in to Windows 10 this will include a Boot Camp control panel which in Windows provides a way to change the startup disk so that you could then set it to the OS X one.
