In SystemInformation click "Power" on the left, on the right side there is Battery information, read "Health Information:" post the Cycle Count and the Condition here, please.

It looks like the max. cycle count is 1000 and then you should replace battery.

You should replace the battery, it is dying slowly. The battery is designed for 1000 cycles minimum, but you are alrady far past that.
When changing he battery do not use another brand than Apple: most cheap oem batteries are worse than a dead original battery.
The only two brands that some of us have a good experience with is Anker and Newertech. But they are almost the same price as Apple.
If you want to do it yourself you can buy Apple, Anker and Newertech (and many s**t brands too) at Amazon, and some other suppliers, like OWC.
