May 2, 2016 6:28 PM in response to psikofunksterby psikofunkster,I don't know guys, did you hear the news recently about Quicktime for windows being no longer supported by Apple? Well my personal opinion is that iTunes for Windows is going the same way.
Do you want to buy in the iTunes Store in the future? Sure, you just need to have an Apple device: ipod touch, iphone, ipad, mac, etc...
You don't own any of those? Apple says sorry, change of policy.
They just don't care anymore.

May 4, 2016 11:19 AM in response to Theynineby anz8880,Unfortunatey there is no update. I have got a message from iTunes store support to contact Apple support for help. But as it was mentioned here before, they do not understand the problem. I have Win 8.1 and the XP DPI function does not exist, so any further suggestions what we can do now ??

May 4, 2016 11:47 AM in response to anz8880by hornacho,The apple tech support I spoke with told me to delete all itunes components and revert back to the Itunes version before this last update. I am waiting for the next up and I'll see if it works. if not... i'll be reverting back to the previous version which worked fine.

May 4, 2016 12:41 PM in response to anz8880by psikofunkster,Apple creates software that looks good on 5k monitors. Believe me they understand the problem they just simply don't care because it is windows.

May 4, 2016 7:59 PM in response to psikofunksterby psikofunkster,As i mentioned before theres still hope. Apple is planning to redesign the Apple Music section next month, i think its a safe bet to expect a new iTunes version by then. Lets hope the issue gets solved...
Apple Music is being overhauled? Good - here's what it needs to do

Better desktop and web clients. If you want to listen to Apple Music on your computer, you need to run the resource-hogging and overly complicated iTunes software. Would a simple web client be too much to ask? Or even just a stripped-down desktop app?

May 15, 2016 10:21 AM in response to MMoss550by LindyD,Nothing has changed for me so I've stopped buying music from iTunes. Maybe I'll send them an email and ask for a refund of the credit I have due as a result of their incompetent coding for Windows users.

May 15, 2016 11:56 PM in response to LindyDby anz8880,Yes, nothing so far, but Apple recognized now officially that iTunes will delete songs, but they don't know why. Apple will release an update as soon as possible, there is hope that they fix also the font issue. However a larger update will come next month anyway with the restart from Apple music and also a new iTunes version. Let's wait and see Since I have downloaded Amazon prime music App for windows I haven't used iTunes anylonger !

May 16, 2016 5:17 PM in response to psikofunksterby SapphireGirl,Yup, same issue here (running win 7 64-bit, Itunes version 12.3.3.17. Itunes store font is HUGE, can't navigate around it. Library font size is perfectly fine.
The only way I can purchase any songs from Itunes is through my Iphone.
Very frustrating!

May 16, 2016 8:02 PM in response to SapphireGirlby psikofunkster,Well iTunes 12.4 out but things remain the same....nothing new.

May 18, 2016 5:42 PM in response to psikofunksterby fujin_spirit,Idd, here the same. New version (12.4.0.119) installed but the same problem in store is still there. Apple is losing windows clients.

May 19, 2016 6:06 PM in response to japheth1by fujin_spirit,No, it's not windows. Of course it has something to do with the display settings. But with the older iTunes versions everything worked fine. Without changing the display settings, and with installing the new version of iTunes, the problem appeared.
If you change the DPI settings (the 125% in your case) you change it for EVERY program. And I'm not changing every program to a smaller or bigger setting then i want to, just to see the right side of iTunes store. That is not going to happen!!! Apple just has to program there product properly. It worked perfectly in the past. Why not now with the new version of iTunes???

May 19, 2016 6:10 PM in response to fujin_spiritby hhgttg27,Agreed - this should absolutely not require a global change to Windows settings that affects every other program. I assume that - as when the issue was first reported (12.3.0?) - this only affects higher resolution monitors. My main iTunes system has two 1600x900 monitors and I don't see any signs of the issue as described.
