Q: eror Deauthorize all computers

Hello

My computer is not connected to any Apple ID

But when you connect the iPhone to iTunes

Signals an error: the Apple ID you connected on 5 computers

I've done all the solutions you still signals an error

iPhone 6, iOS 9.3.1, not

You successfully 'deauthorised all' for that account, you didn't get any error messages, and the 'deauthorise all' option is no longer available (it shouldn't be, you can only do it once every 12 months) ? You've tried closing iTunes, rebooting the computer, and re-trying authorising that account ?
