Q: photo books

I cannot complete the purchase of a photo book. It times out during the upload and says "there was a problem connecting to the store. Place your order later."

    In the Photos preferences verify that the print products store selected matches your payment country adn delivery country

     

    And you probably should get up to date as you are 4 updates behind - the current system in OS X 10.11.4 and Photos 1.5 - lots of new features and bug fixes  in the intervening four upgrades
