Q: So, I keep getting this message that my storage is full.  Last time I just added storage, this time I added storage and nothing happened.  I'm a little confused because I see Phone Storage and icloud Storage.  Phone storage is 0.

    iCloud storage is for backups. It has nothing to do with the amount of storage on your phone. If you need more space on your phone, you will need to delete some items.

    Phone storage is the physical fixed storage space on your device itself. iCloud storage is online storage on Apple's iCloud servers.

    I have the same problome.

    just now I came back from the customers service of my phone's company, and they told me they can't help me except to format my iphone, action that probably would'nt solve the problem.

    so, i will be happy if you write here the solution when you find it.

    sory on my mistakes in the English, I am not perfect in English yet but I am working now on improving it.
