Q: bluetooth missing after restore from time machine.
Because of slow performance, I went to Genius Bar and was told to restore my MacBook Air mid-2011 using Time Machine and Yosemite. The Genius said not to check System Preferences for restore. Now I have no bluetooth on my About this Mac and the bluetooth symbol has a line through it on the menu status bar. Can anyone help me?

Make sure your OS X is up to date.
Click your Apple menu > App Store then select Updates from the top of the App Store window.
If no updates are available, you will need to restore OS X using OS X Recovery.
Then you should see Bluetooth again in System Preferences.
