Q: Can't connect iTunes Store and can't sign into apple ID after trying to fix it up by signing out and resetting settings

Hello All, I tried downloading an app from App Store and after entering my apple ID password it took few minutes but came up with a message saying "can't connect to iTunes Store". After reading through some advices I signed out and reset all settings and then tried to sign in and again the same response "can't connect to iTunes Store". I noticed that on this date 8.3% of users have trouble with the iTunes Store . Does it mean my ipad hardware is good and it's only the problem with the server? Are there anyone else with same issues?
