Q: Could not connect - South Africa
I am pulling my hair out here because every single time I try sign into my iTunes account which is linked to the South African store, it gives me an error.
I've tried doing it through:
- SETTINGS > iTUNES STORE - Error "Could not connect".
- COMPUTERS > HOME SHARING SET-UP - "Incorrect Username or Password"
I've tried entering the details using the Apple TV remote as well as via my Apple bluetooth keyboard and each time I get the same errors in each area.
I've tried resetting the device, restoring to factory settings. I've tried EVERYTHING and I still get issues.
Please help as I've not found one case where this has been resolved in the support.
Apple Software Version says up to date (I checked the version and it's V7.2.1)
