Q: ipad pro disabled connect to itunes but
Hi there,
First time on the forums to ask a question.
My daughter disabled my ipad pro by trying my password way too many times. So I thought okey no problems I will connect to my iTunes and recover my Monday's backup. When I connected the ipad to my laptop, the iTunes popped up with message saying cannot access ipad as locked with a password.... while on ipad screen it displays message ipad disabled connect iTunes.
I tried putting it into recovery mode and it loops back to the screen saying ipad disabled connect iTunes. so I am hoping I get a solution here or will it be better to take it to local apple store here in Toronto.
