Q: I PHONE SOFTWARE SERVER COULD BE CONECTED

apple i phone 4s,16gp memory ,512mb ram, i try to update new verson apple software ,but still not complete update,it will show in disply ,iphone software update server could not be contacted.an unknown error occurred(-18)

Please don't post serial nos here.

If trying to update over the air try iTunes instead, or vice versa. Make sure you have a good connection to the internet. Reboot router and/or wireless access points. Try again later.
